Methods of Payment
Toys Tools and Treasures accepts cheques, money orders and credit card payments. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. You may use Paypal through this site or may phone or fax in your credit card number if you are more comfortable doing so.
Security 
As an online consumer, you must be aware that when you enter your credit card number you must see a yellow padlock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser screen. This is an indication that the transaction has security features. If you encounter a problem on this site where your credit card number is requested and there is no padlock at the bottom right of the screen, please contact us immediately.
Purchase Orders
We do accept approved purchase orders via fax or mail, from recognized organizations. Please call our customer service line if you have any questions. We do not accept purchase orders under $50.
Gift Certificates
Unsure about what to buy? Gift certificates are available from Toys, Tools and Treasures.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for a $5.00/item. If purchasing online please click on gift wrapping and order for each item you would like wrapped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly refund the purchase price. **NOTE** Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer’s expense.
Returns
To return merchandise, please e-mail us at info@toystoolsandtreasures.com to obtain a return authorization number and the correct return address. A return authorization number is necessary in order to credit you for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please include your invoice number when you e-mail us. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large or drop-shipped items. **NOTE** The following items MAY NOT be returned under any circumstance: software, CD’s, videos, books or Theraputty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer’s expense.
Damages
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item has been damaged during delivery or you receive an inaccurate order please call us immediately. You may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. Concealed damage should be reported to us as soon as possible (best within 24 hours of receipt). To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Toys, Tools and Treasures.com will assume the return shipping charges for defective products.
Taxes
5% GST is applicable to all orders originating from Canada. 8% PST is applicable to all orders originating from Ontario
